Cover Artwork Remix of Alphaville Forever Young Original Cover Artwork of Alphaville Forever Young Forever Young, that is what Alphaville either claim to be, or are inviting us to be. Either way, standing on what appears to be some post-industrial landscape wearing short trousers or pointing the sky seems to be what amounts to all the information we get. On the remix we find an older babe who is not letting her age define her ability to stand naked in front of a camera. Forever!

Age Ain't Nothing But A Number - Aaliyah

Cover Artwork Remix of Aaliyah Age Aint Nothing But A Number Original Cover Artwork of Aaliyah Age Aint Nothing But A Number Age Ain't Nothing But A Number is both an album and a single by Aaliyah. The original cover artwork shows the singer resting against a wall, and some blurry dude in the background. Age defying! On the remix we find an old babe holding up her dress to cover most of, but not all of, her modesty. She seems happy enough despite her boobs being on show. For her, clearly age ain't no deterrent. Smile!

Can I Get A Witness - Sam Brown

Cover Artwork Remix of Sam Brown Can I Get A Witness Original Cover Artwork of Sam Brown Can I Get A Witness Can I Get A Witness? What for, Sam Brown? Is it to evidence that your photographer has failed to take a decent picture, leaving it blurry and with nothing clear other than your teeth? If the original single front cover artwork is to be believed, that is for sure why you need a witness. On the remix is one of those situations where it's good to have a witness around otherwise no-one would believe it. A babe taking her clothes off, on a wooden walkway. Boots!

Sailing On The Seven Seas - OMD

Cover Artwork Remix of Omd Sailing On The Seven Seas Original Cover Artwork of Omd Sailing On The Seven Seas Sailing On The Seven Seas, right? That is the title of the song by Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark (or OMD for short)? So how come the original cover artwork seems to show an oil slick? Is that what OMD believe constitutes good design? At AllBum.Art we thought the whole thing would look better with a babe on a sailing boat, though in keeping with the original view that the sea is a dark and mysterious place, the babe in question is sailing at sunset. Ebb!

Dust In The Wind - Kansas

Cover Artwork Remix of Kansas Dust In The Wind Original Cover Artwork of Kansas Dust In The Wind What can be said about the original single front cover artwork for Dust In The Wind by Kansas? It seems to feature a half woman, half bird, half brass creature in front of a circular dust storm. It makes complete sense, that is, if your idea of sense is nonsensical nonsense sense. On the remix we find a babe who is not made of dust, but whose dress has blown up in the wind. There's nothing particularly dusty about that. Meh!

Indian Summer - Manic Street Preachers

Cover Artwork Remix of Manic Street Preachers Indian Summer Original Cover Artwork of Manic Street Preachers Indian Summer It's the Manic Street Preachers everyone! Woo hoo! This is their single Indian Summer. On the original cover artwork is a girl holding onto the branch of a tree. It may well be summer, and the girl (or the tree) may be Indian. On the remix is a babe in an Indian head-dress. Is she Indian, who knows. Is it Summer? The sky does look an adequate shade of blue, but the fact she is wearing naught more than the head-dress suggests it isn't cold. Woo woo!

Girls Who Play Guitars - Maximo Park

Cover Artwork Remix of Maximo Park Girls Who Play Guitars Original Cover Artwork of Maximo Park Girls Who Play Guitars When Maximo Park sang about Girls Who Play Guitars, it would appear, if the cover of their single is to be believed, that what was actually on their mind was two relatively ordinary people in grey clothes looking into the deep yellow beyond. What we think about when we see the title girls who play guitars, is girls - who play guitars. Preferably ones who do so wearing naught but some high heels. And would you credit it, the remix is just what we were looking for. Pluck!

Trick Me - Kelis

Cover Artwork Remix of Kelis Trick Me Original Cover Artwork of Kelis Trick Me We fail to see why sucking on a lollipop would constitute being tricked in any way, unless it had hot chilli powder in it. But this is what Kelis thinks would make a good representation of that particular scenario. We think that Trick Me would be better represented by the picture in the remixed cover. That is to say one girl who has been talked into undressing so she is wearing nothing but her boots by her friends and then being told to go out on a cold wintery street for her photo taken. Gotcha!

Glamour Pussy - Hipkiss

Cover Artwork Remix of Hipkiss Glamour Pussy Original Cover Artwork of Hipkiss Glamour Pussy Before you go getting carried away - yes - there are an enormous range of ways in which the cover to a song called Glamour Pussy could be remixed. But trying to stay in the glamorous style that the band Hipkiss adopted, we have shied away from the more obvious photos and instead replaced the cute babe staring out of the front of the cover with a different babe whose pussy is in full view but maybe not in the way you were expecting. Miaow!

Fuck Me Pumps - Amy Winehouse

Cover Artwork Remix of Amy Winehouse Fmp Original Cover Artwork of Amy Winehouse Fmp One should never speak ill of the dead, or so they say, but with the month of October beckoning, perhaps pointing out the glaring mistake in the cover of their single is permissible. The cover of Fuck Me Pumps by the now deceased Amy Winehouse shows Ms Winehouse lounging around but, and here's the missing bit, her pumps are not easy to discern given the position she is sitting in. In the remix we see a babe who has taken the title more than literally and seems to be trying to fuck a pair of pumps. Screw!
