Our recent theme of requited lust continues with today's remix of Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' by none other than Michael Jackson. The original cover sees the eponymous Mr Jackson standing. What is it he wants to start? Why does he want to start it? Who does he want to start it with? Is it someone else that wants to start it with him? None of those questions are answered. In the remix, all of them are answered. An intimate relationship is what wants to start, of this there is no doubt. And who is it that wants to start it? Is it the older lady who has made her intentions clear? Or is it the younger guy who never looks a gift horse in the mouth, at least not with his face anyway? Begin!

Following on from yesterday's theme of relationships that probably shouldn't be, today we have a remix of Do You Want It Right Now by Degrees Of Motion. The original cover gives absolutely no indication of what the song is about. None at all. The remix places us in a mighty difficult situation. What appears to be on offer is a handsomely busty, older lady. And it is very and completely clear what it is that she is offering right now. So the question is... Do you want it? Decisions!

1970s pre-apocolyptic punk group The Buzzcocks are trying to issue a cautionary tale in their single Ever Fallen In Love With Someone (You Shouldn't've). What they are trying to say is be careful. It can be easy to be led astray. Sadly the cover of their single does not help us to picture such a situation. Happily, the remix of the cover does help us to picture such a situation. In it we see a young lad, at the mercy of a larger, older lady. He probably shouldn't take things any further, but that decision might already be out of is hands, and in his trousers. Bulging!

Ain't No Sunshine according to Bill Withers. But he could have fooled us, as there he sits on the porch of a house and it's not dark. Now of course, there could be floodlights but the quality of light suggests that it is being lit naturally (or so says our lighting guru Ian here at AllBum.Art). The remix does away with this confusion and instead an angel of darkness has cast a total shadow over proceedings, casting out any daylight in favor of dark lonely days. Dingy!

Tired of all these sunny summer songs, well here's something to cool you right down. Frozen was a hit for Madonna in the late 1990s. On the original cover we see Ms Ciccone but is she looking even slightly cold? No. Does she seem chilly? No. Even a little tepid? Maybe. Thankfully the remix resolves these issues and instead we see a woman who is positively icicles. Not only is she naked in the snow, but she has been tied up so that her very delicate areas are in close contact with the frozen ground. Solid!

We always like user submitted material here at AllBum.Art, so we were particularly delighted to get this entry from Digger Possum of Australia. Apparently Peter Andre is a big star 'down under' and his single Mysterious Girl is his biggest hit to date. Digger says:

Fair dinkum Allbum chuckers. I pickled a few dingos to get this malarkey down the dunny.

We have no idea what that means, but thanks for the remix Digger. We particularly like the surprised look on the face of the mystery girl on seeing Mr Andre. Unexpected!

Hmmm... What exactly are Booker T And The MG's up to on the cover of their 1969 single Soul Limbo? They are standing around on a beach, hidden under some pillars staring at a hot ebony babe in a white bikini. Just what are they expecting to happen next. And where's any accoutrements necessary for limbo dancing? Only one of those questions is answered in the remix of the cover for the single. What happens next is that the hot ebony babe is replaced by an even hotter one. Scorching!

Of course not everyone can get to a beach in the summer. There are those who are so far inland that instead they rely on rivers and lakes to find a bit of outdoor liquid refreshment on a hot sunny day. At The River by Groove Armada is an odd combination in that the title is about rivers, but the song talks of sand dunes and salty air. Either way, the original cover doesn't help as it shows the shore of something, but is it a river, a lake or the sea. Thankfully the remix does help. At least it helps put a hot babe in a cool river. Torrential!

You Are The Sunshine Of My Life, or so says Stevie Wonder. On the original cover for the single we see Mr Judkins smiling in his inimitable way, singing along into a microphone. But just who is he singing about, and why does she light up his life so. The remixed cover shows the answer. She is a hot babe in a bikini which, well let's just say, barely covers her modesty. But maybe modesty isn't her strong point. Barely!

We are willing to give the artist that prepared the artwork for Summer Paradise by Simple Plan Feat. Sean Paul, a bronze star for their effort. They at least captured the feel of what a summer paradise might look like. They would have got a silver star if they had included a picture of the artists singing the song. And a gold star if they had done both. We award ourselves just a silver star as we haven't included the artists but have added what we think a summer paradise should have - a sexy babe in a bikini. Sultry!
