Sugar Coated Iceberg - The Lightning Seeds

Cover Artwork Remix of Lightning Seeds Sugar Coated Iceberg Original Cover Artwork of Lightning Seeds Sugar Coated Iceberg When you think about it, to sugar-coat an iceberg would require an awful lot of sugar. But that is what The Lightning Seeds sing about in their song Sugar Coated Iceberg. The cover of their single looks more like a load of failed origami models and whilst there is a passing resemblance to an iceberg or two, there is no indication of why they might be sweet. In the remix, poetic license is used to show (a) icicles instead of icebergs and (b) a sweet babe instead of sugar coating. But that's OK with you right? Sure!

Frozen - Susana And Josh Gabriel

Cover Artwork Remix of Susana Josh Gabriel Frozen Original Cover Artwork of Susana Josh Gabriel Frozen Some dance acts are notoriously lax when it comes to thinking about the design for the covers of their songs. Frozen by Susana And Josh Gabriel is no exception. The original cover shows us nothing at all. Not only are the artists themselves not visible, but other than the very tenuous connection between the color blue and cold things, there is nothing to indicate frozenness either. The remix has a babe standing looking at a frozen vista and although in one way she could be said to be hot, it is more likely that she is close to frozen too. Thaw!

So Cold The Night - The Communards

Cover Artwork Remix of Communards So Cold The Night Original Cover Artwork of Communards So Cold The Night Can you sense the cold, wintery theme that is pervading AllBum.Art this January? Well you should! We continue this theme with a remix of So Cold The Night by The Communards. The original cover of the single shows what can only be assumed to be a cold night sky, though given the pink tinge to the clouds it is more a cold sunrise/sunset sky. The remix shows just how cold the night is. Not only is there snow falling, but it is so cold that body warmth must be conserved by staying close. Especially if you have no clothes on. Fahrenheit!

Freeze-Frame - J Geils Band

Cover Artwork Remix of J Geils Band Freeze Frame Original Cover Artwork of J Geils Band Freeze Frame Continuing the chilly January theme, we bring you Freeze-Frame by the J Geils Band. It must have been very cold when the band's artist assembled the original cover artwork for their single as it is apparent that whoever designed it must have had a frozen brain to come up with such a weird representation. The remix, however, is far more accurate in its depiction of a freeze frame. A babe in the freezing cold, being framed for a photo. Melting!

Cold Hard Bitch - Jet

Cover Artwork Remix of Jet Cold Hard Bitch Original Cover Artwork of Jet Cold Hard Bitch The problem with international music acts such as Australian band Jet, is that their sense of culture doesn't necessarily translate well between continents. This is obvious on the cover of their single Cold Hard Bitch. The original cover shows a montage of random people and the odd car or two in white and pink. It doesn't look cold, or hard, or bitchlike. In the remix all of these maladies have been remedied and we can see that it is cold, which turns certain things hard. Oh, and there's a bitch too. Which one is the bitch is your decision. Woof!

Cold Hands - Boss Hog

Cover Artwork Remix of Boss Hogg Cold Hands Original Cover Artwork of Boss Hogg Cold Hands Brrrr... It's January and rather cold outside. Time, then, for a few chilling remixes. We start with the debut album of punk folk songsters Boss Hog. The original cover of their 1990 album Cold Hands shows a babe who is likely to be a bit on the cold side but as for cold, and her hands, the whole affair looks very cosy. On the remix we see two babes. They are outdoors and wearing winter clothes. But whilst they both probably have cold hands, one has put her icy fingers somewhere that is very sensitive to temperature. Somehow, in response, the other has flashed her boobs. If only this happened in real life. Mystery!

Cover Artwork Remix of Sugababes New Year Original Cover Artwork of Sugababes New Year Welcome to 2015 and a Happy New Year from those sultry, sexy Sugababes. The original cover artwork for New Year shows the three members of the band looking sultry and sexy. The remix shows three other babes of a sugary kind looking equally sultry and sexy but this time drinking wine which looks much more like the kind of New Year celebration we had in mind.
HAPPY NEW YEAR from all of us here at AllBum.Art.

What Are You Doing New Year's Eve - The Orioles

Cover Artwork Remix of Orioles What Are You Doing New Years Eve Original Cover Artwork of Orioles What Are You Doing New Years Eve What Are You Doing New Year's Eve? That is the question we are being asked by The Orioles. This is another single that is so ancient, it does not have any original cover art. The only artwork is for the original 7" single label which we have lovingly re-created in it's original dark blue and gold. In the remix we see a New Year's Eve party in full swing. Whilst the babes may not be that tasty, there are so many to choose from, there must be something for everyone. Selection!

Christmas Disco - The Mistletoe Disco Band

Cover Artwork Remix of Christmas Disco Mistletoe Band Original Cover Artwork of Christmas Disco Mistletoe Band The Mistletoe Disco Band only had one album. In fact, they probably didn't even have one, because the album is actually just a bunch of session musicians. Christmas Disco is popular though, and it has been re-mastered. So we thought we would re-master the cover and bring it up to date too. On the original cover we see a babe dancing in a holiday outfit. On the remix we see a girl who has had too much to drink at the office Christmas party and is now feeling a little forlorn. Anyone for helping her feel better? Touchy!

Cover Artwork Remix of Hot Pantz Give U One 4 Christmas Original Cover Artwork of Hot Pantz Give U One 4 Christmas Firstly let all of us here at AllBum.Art wish you a very Merry Christmas. Our gift to you on Christmas Day is a remix of an obscure but very fun Holiday hit called (I'd Like To) Give U One 4 Christmas by Hot Pantz. On the original cover we see the members of the band, one dressed in a box as a present, and the other in a skimpy Santa outfit. In the remix we see some very hot pantz, and a Christmas gift that would be a marvel to receive. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
