Cover Artwork Remix of Shakatak Night Birds Original Cover Artwork of Shakatak Night Birds Time for a short run of remixes for Shakatak, starting with their song Night Birds. On the original cover of the single (from the album of the same name) we find a couple of birds flying over an icy landscape at night though they appear to be pterodactyls. On the remix we find a couple of different birds flying over an equally chilly looking landscape, and again at night. No dinosaurs here though. Launch!

Another triple-play for you today, from none other than Richard Marx and his song Right Here Waiting. On the original single front cover artwork we find Mr Marx leaning against a wall, and to be fair to him, it does appear that he is waiting for something or other. On the first of the remixes, we find a babe in a similar stance, waiting to see who it is that is approaching her over her shoulder. On the second remix we find yet another babe but this time she is waiting by the harbor and whilst she has been patiently waiting it seems that her clothes have blown away in the breeze. Windy!

One Drink Too Many - Sailor

Cover Artwork Remix of Sailor One Drink Too Many Original Cover Artwork of Sailor One Drink Too Many We think Sailor may have had One Drink Too Many when putting together the original single front cover artwork for their song as we find the band members standing around with their instruments but with no drink in sight. On the remix we find a babe with a bottle in her hand, glugging down what seems to be some kind of alcoholic fruit drink based on the fuzzy picture on the bottle. How do we know she has had one drink too many? We don't, but the fact that she appears to be naked is a clue of a kind. Cider!

Cover Artwork Remix of Automatic Monster Original Cover Artwork of Automatic Monster What could that be coming over the hill, it is a Monster? That is the question that The Automatic ask us. The original single cover artwork suggests that it could be some kind of green potion swilling creature. The remix shows an 'orrible monster in the form of a babe who appears to have tattooed a spider's web on her lips and skull and crossbone on her arms. Goodness only knows what other tattoos she has, and goodness is welcome to that. Blood!

Cover Artwork Remix of Motley Crue Hell On High Heels Original Cover Artwork of Motley Crue Hell On High Heels The Mötley Crüe sing of Hell On High Heels, but, alas, their original single cover artwork does not help us understand what it was that they were meaning when they conceived of the song. The remix attempts to be more informative as we find a hellish babe, in a graveyard, wearing a pair of high heels, boots in this particular instance. By the looks of her, she could definitely give you hell whilst wearing her high heels, so the Mötley Crüe need to watch out. Motley!

Devils Haircut - Beck

Cover Artwork Remix of Beck Devils Haircut Original Cover Artwork of Beck Devils Haircut What a joker Beck is! On the original single cover artwork for Devils Haircut, he deliberately misses out an apostrophe, so we don't know if there is one devil or many. On the remix we discover that there is in fact, just the one devil, a devilish babe who is giving a haircut to some unsuspecting man who will no doubt be drawn into her, for want of a better word, Beelzibubs. That seems a particularly appropriate turn of phrase for them. Melons!

Crush On You - The Jets

Cover Artwork Remix of Jets Crush On You Original Cover Artwork of Jets Crush On You What would it look like if someone had a Crush On You? Unfortunately the original single front cover artwork by The Jets does not enlighten the situation at all, unless having a crush on you looks like some yellow letters against a pink background. On the remix we find a babe who has a crush on the guy underneath her. Well, the guy must be being crushed a little given how big the babe is and the fact that she is sitting on him. Flatten!

Cover Artwork Remix of Agnes Release Me Original Cover Artwork of Agnes Release Me Release Me is what Agnes asks us. On the original single front cover artwork we find Ms Carlsson looking anything other than trapped and in need of release. On the remix we find a babe who has been tied up in chains and left at the bottom of a metal staircase. She is definitely in need of being released, but we suspect there would be no end of volunteers ready to help her. Padlock!

Cover Artwork Remix of Adina Howard Freak Like Me Original Cover Artwork of Adina Howard Freak Like Me I wanna be your freak, all through the day, all through the night. That is what Adina Howard tells us in her song Freak Like Me. On the original single cover artwork we find Ms Howard wearing leather and fishnet hose. On the remix we find a babe who, arguably, is significantly more freaky, wearing, as she is, stupidly high platform heel shoes and a latex outfit with a hole where her ass is. Freakly!

The Devil Made Me Do It - Thunder

Cover Artwork Remix of Thunder Devil Made Me Do It Original Cover Artwork of Thunder Devil Made Me Do It The Devil Made Me Do It. How often have we used that as an excuse? Plenty, perhaps. Thunder, it seems, have decided that this is the reason for their appallingly bad cover artwork. Blame it on the devil, why don't you. On the remix we find an ecumenical babe who has obviously succumb to the dark forces of Beelzebub. What exactly the devil has made her do is not totally clear. Possibly it was to wear sexy lingerie which then precipitated her current situation. Underworld!
