Cover Artwork Remix of Phats Small Turn Around Original Cover Artwork of Phats Small Turn Around Turn Around (or Hey What's Wrong With You as it is sometimes sub-titled) is by Phats & Small whose original single front cover artwork tells us that they are on Multiply Records, but nothing about who or what is turning around or, even, why. On the remix we find two babes out for a cycle on their tandem bike. Why do they need to turn around? Because, and as if you hadn't noticed this, they appear to have gone out for their ride without first putting any clothes on (other, oddly, than scarves, socks and gloves). Saddle!

Doctorin' The House - Coldcut

Cover Artwork Remix of Coldcut Doctorin The House Original Cover Artwork of Coldcut Doctorin The House We are Doctorin' The House with Coldcut (Featuring Yazz & The Plastic Population). The original single front cover artwork is a handy blur of orange and aqua blobs that really does not in any way convey any kind of medical message that might be associated with the song. On the remix we find a doctor, in the house, so to speak. We know she is a doctor as she has a stethoscope around her neck. What more proof do you need, people? Certificate!

Free As The Morning Sun - Mr Hermano

Cover Artwork Remix of Mr Hermano Free As The Morning Sun Original Cover Artwork of Mr Hermano Free As The Morning Sun It may seem odd to be remixing a summer sizzler in January, but it's nice to be cheered by some warm sunshine in these dark, cold times of the year (and it is, of course, summer in the southern hemisphere). The original front cover single artwork for Free As The Morning Sun by Mr Hermano doesn't have much of a summery feel about it, though with all those stars on it, it is to be hoped there would be a planet with a sunny beach on it somewhere. On the remix we find a babe enjoying the morning sun freely. Now that's more like it. Dawn!

The Winter Wonder - The Florin Street Band

Cover Artwork Remix of Florin Street Band Winter Wonder Original Cover Artwork of Florin Street Band Winter Wonder Yes, it's still cold outside and so the perfect time for another wintery remix, this time for The Florin Street Band and their single (well E.P. actually) The Winter Wonder. On the original single front cover artwork we find a suitably wintery scene with holly berries and that. On the remix we find an even more wintery scene as we discover a babe laying down in the snow. It's a wonder she hasn't caught a cold. Flushed!

Keep The Fire Burning - Gwen McCrae

Original Cover Artwork of Gwen Mccrae Keep The Fire Burning Cover Artwork Remix of Gwen Mccrae Keep The Fire Burning Cover Artwork Remix of Gwen Mccrae Keep The Fire Burning
We wonder whether today's remix artist Gwen McCrae is in any way related to yesterday's remix artist George, but we are too lazy to put their names into a search engine to find out. Anyway, today's triple-play remix of Keep The Fire Burning shows that the original single front cover artwork presents us with a picture of Ms McCrae smiling - perhaps she is nice and toasty in front of a fire but this is not apparent. On the first remix we find a babe who is so toasty in front of a fire that she has stripped down to her pink negligee. On the second remix we find a babe that must be even warmer, and whose job, it seems, is to keep that fire burning. Sizzle!

Rock Your Baby - George McCrae

Cover Artwork Remix of George Mccrae Rock Your Baby Original Cover Artwork of George Mccrae Rock Your Baby On the original single front cover artwork for Rock Your Baby, we find George McCrae lounging around against a wooden fence. It seems he is not rocking, though it is a still photo, but there is definitely no baby, babe or other diminutive person around. On the remix we find a babe, or baby, who is lounging around against a rock. The only missing part is whether she is your baby or someone else's baby who is rocking. Pebble!

Get Out Of Your Lazy Bed - Matt Bianco

Cover Artwork Remix of Matt Bianco Get Out Of Your Lazy Bed Original Cover Artwork of Matt Bianco Get Out Of Your Lazy Bed When a band such as Matt Bianco sings a song entitled Get Out Of Your Lazy Bed, we expect a little more from the original single cover artwork than a moody picture of the band members. What we do expect is a bed, with someone in it, who is clearly lazy and doesn't want to get out (or is is the bed that is lazy?) So it is probably good news that all of these aspects appear to be present in the remixed artwork. Snooze!

Hypnotised - Paul Oakenfold

Original Cover Artwork of Paul Oakenfold Hypnotised Cover Artwork Remix of Paul Oakenfold Hypnotised Cover Artwork Remix of Paul Oakenfold Hypnotised
Another remix for Paul Oakenfold and this time it's a triple-play. On the original single cover artwork for Hypnotised, we find the great wall of China which does have a certain hypnotic charm. On the first remix we find a babe sitting on a bed. We are not sure if she has been hypnotized, or just that she has a hypnotic charm, or maybe she is herself a hypnotist. On the second remix we find a babe who has almost certainly been hypnotized as someone has convinced her to stand in a derelict building wearing naught but a smile. Pocketwatch!

Faster Kill Pussycat - Oakenfold Featuring Brittany Murphy

Cover Artwork Remix of Oakenfold Faster Kill Pussycat Original Cover Artwork of Oakenfold Faster Kill Pussycat Wouldn't you expect that on the original front cover artwork of a single called Faster Kill Pussycat, there would be some kind of feline figure to see? Well, according to Oakenfold Featuring Brittany Murphy, the silhouette of a city skyline is far more the kind of thing. Not so for the remix, where we find a pussycat lapping up a bowl of milk. If the milk was poisoned, perhaps that would kill her faster. Either that or she would have to drown in it. Swim!

This Year's Love - David Gray

Cover Artwork Remix of David Gray This Years Love Original Cover Artwork of David Gray This Years Love This Year's Love is what David Gray sings about and being January, we were keen to see how this year's love differed from last year's. However, the original single cover artwork does not help with this as all we find is a picture of Mr Gray looking, well, for want of a better word, grey. On the remix we find a babe that would make a far better love for this year, though she has an equally ashen facial expression. Smile!
