Bad - Michael Jackson

Cover Artwork Remix of Michael Jackson Bad Original Cover Artwork of Michael Jackson Bad Michael Jackson proclaims himself to be Bad, which is at odds with the views here in the AllBum.Art office, as most of us generally agree that the so-called king of pop was, in reality, quite good. Maybe Mr Jackson is referring to the rather odd jacket he is wearing which has far too many buckles on it to be good. On the remix we simply find a babe wearing a baseball cap with the word 'bad' written on it and given what she is wearing, it seems that this would be a fitting description of her. Awful!

Hold Me In Your Arms - Rick Astley

Cover Artwork Remix of Rick Astley Hold Me In Your Arms Original Cover Artwork of Rick Astley Hold Me In Your Arms Hold Me In Your Arms was both an album and a single for Rick Astley. On the original cover artwork, we can't even see Mr Astley's arms, just his head and collarbones. On the remix we find a babe who is being held in the arms of what is presumably her boyfriend or husband. He seems to be dressed in a tuxedo and ready to go out to a party. She is dressed in nothing but high heels, which makes you wonder exactly what kind of party they are going to. Swing!

Busting At The Seams - Strawbs

Cover Artwork Remix of Strawbs Bursting At The Seams Original Cover Artwork of Strawbs Bursting At The Seams Bursting At The Seams, that is what Strawbs sing about. Whilst they are singing they had their picture taken and put on the original front cover artwork of their album. But which seams are bursting? We think the remix answers this question, as we find a babe whose ample bosom is proving a little too much for the top she is sporting. It isn't quite burst yet, but the seams do seem stretched beyond their working tolerances. Eke!

Come As You Are - Beverley Knight

Cover Artwork Remix of Beverley Knight Come As You Are Original Cover Artwork of Beverley Knight Come As You Are Today's instruction from Beverley Knight is to Come As You Are. This instruction is so important to her, that it is the title of both her album and single. On the original cover artwork we find Ms Knight dressed up ready to go and visit the President taking her own advice and not bothering to dress up, but to go as she is in her jeans and t-shirt. On the remix we find a babe who the President would no doubt wish would come as she was, in just her lingerie and heels. Scarlet!

Size Isn't Everything - Bee Gees

Cover Artwork Remix of Bee Gees Size Isnt Everything Original Cover Artwork of Bee Gees Size Isnt Everything We are not quite sure what the Bee Gees were thinking with their original cover artwork, unless they were thinking that showing a fish-eye distorted picture of the band members standing around by a palm tree in front of a white building somehow reflected the title of the album. On the remix we find that a man is measuring the size of a babe's boobs (which seem to be 44 inches) and, to be fair, in this picture, it is the size which draws your eyes and so maybe size is everything after all. Whoppers!

Use Your Imagination - Mud

Original Cover Artwork of Mud Use Your Imagination Cover Artwork Remix of Mud Use Your Imagination Cover Artwork Remix of Mud Use Your Imagination
Another triple-play to start the month here at AllBum.Art. We kind of like the original album cover artwork for Use Your Imagination by Mud, as that is clearly the instructions that they gave to their designer. On the first remix, we are to us our imagination to guess what happens next. On the second remix, we are to use our imagination to guess what lies underneath. Little imagination was used by the designers of this remix (sorry Petey). Guesswork!

The Garden - Zero 7

Cover Artwork Remix of Zero 7 The Garden Original Cover Artwork of Zero 7 The Garden What exactly Zero 7 were trying to indicate on the original front cover artwork for their album The Garden is not clear. It seems to illustrate a patchwork of pieces of paper with random designs on them. On the remix we find a babe happily watering her garden using her cute blue watering can. It looks like just the kind of garden that you could spend a happy sunny afternoon nosing about in. Flowers!

Bad Animals - Heart

Cover Artwork Remix of Heart Bad Animals Original Cover Artwork of Heart Bad Animals In a way, the original album front cover artwork for Bad Animals by Heart does at least depict some animals, that are quite badly drawn, so kudos to them for that. On the remix we find some other animals (the green one is maybe a lizard, the black and white one a zebra, we are not sure what the purple one is meant to be) who are also being quite bad, hanging out together in the jungle. In another way, though, they aren't that bad at all. Dangerous!

Christmas With McGriff - Jimmy McGriff

Cover Artwork Remix of Jimmy Mcgriff Christmas With Mcgriff Original Cover Artwork of Jimmy Mcgriff Christmas With Mcgriff Another seasonal remix, this time for Jimmy McGriff and his holiday album Christmas With McGriff. On the original album front cover artwork we find a babe sitting on a stool dressed in a Santa outfit. Not much has changed on the remix other than that there is noa w different babe wearing a seasonal costume, but she is sitting on a present rather than a stool. Similarity!

Chill Out - John Lee Hooker

Cover Artwork Remix of John Lee Hooker Chill Out Original Cover Artwork of John Lee Hooker Chill Out We give full marks to John Lee Hooker for the original album front cover artwork of Chill Out as we find on it a scene in which Mr Hooker is relaxing on a comfortable chair by what appears to be a tropical beach. On the remix we find a babe who seems equally relaxed but who is taking a dip in a frozen lake. She is definitely out and will no doubt get a chill if she isn't too careful. Maybe next time a wet-suit might be useful. Redness!
